My clients would describe my therapeutic style as less formal and a more approachable dialogue. I am committed to providing a safe space for you to  share your current stressors and sensitive subjects as well as encouraging you to remain accountable for maintaining the work we do in our sessions. By nurturing our therapeutic relationship, I want empower you to navigate through your struggles and pursue your own personal growth and healing.

What is therapy? When is a good time to go?

Therapy, also known as Psychotherapy, is an amazing tool that helps us connect and speak with a trained professional who can provide unbiased counsel during difficult times, help us increase our self-worth, and strengthen the the bonds we share with others. Everyone is a great candidate for therapy - we all have faced struggle at some point or multiple times in our lives. Sometimes we don't realize the effects our hardships have on our mental health and how that might effect the people around us. As we grow into each new versions of ourselves, we want to put our best foot forward so that we can enjoy the amazing qualities that life has to offer. In a holistic therapeutic approach, we'll start by building a strong sense of self, practice effective communication, practice self awareness and accountability.
