Teens 14+

Adolescence is a hard time in any person's life. With so many developmental and social changes taking place, it can be hard to figure out your needs or ground yourself in turbulent times. During your session, you’re free to express yourself openly as we learn how to navigate through these changes. I will empower you through accountability and encouragement to set firm boundaries with yourself and the people around you, while we strengthen your sense of self and over all well-being.

Couples & Family

Couples & Family therapy provides a supportive space for you and your partners or family members to explore your relationship dynamic and work through challenges together. In a non-judgmental setting, we’ll talk about how to improve your communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen your connection with each other. Whether you’re facing ongoing issues or seeking to enhance your bond, I’m here to help guide you toward a more harmonious and fulfilling relationship.

Individual

Individual therapy is a 1-on-1 session where you and your therapist will share a supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With Sara, you’ll have a personalized approach where you can work together to address the challenges you’re facing, learn self-awareness, and promote your personal growth. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, individual therapy can help you develop the tools you need for a more fulfilling life.

Group

Virtual Groups are online sessions where you can connect with other individuals who share similar challenges to share experiences and receive support. These groups are facilitated by a licensed therapist (Sara) who will guide the discussions, offer coping strategies, and foster a safe environment for sharing. Participants can connect from the comfort of their homes, making it accessible and convenient. The ultimate goal is to create a supportive community that enhances individual therapy and encourages personal growth.
